WELCOME TO OUR

APPARTEMENTS SONNWIES

Our beautiful property is ideally located in the elevated town Rohrmoos just above the famous sports town Schladming.

The centre of town with delightful restaurants, cafes, ski school, grocery store, sport stores and all lifts are within easy reach of our Apartments.

In winter you are able to ski right to the front door and the entry to the cross country slope is about 150 meters away. A busstop is also reachable within a two minute to walk.

In summer you can make use of the so called Schladming-Dachstein Summercard which includes more than 100 services for free. For example the dachstein glacier, bus, public schwimming pools, lakes etc…
No need to use your car as most hiking trails are right at your front door.

WIFI is available throughout both apartments and is free of charge.

When you stay at our property you will get to enjoy a friendly and relaxed atmosphere in a perfect location. The apartments are spacious and will give you a warm welcoming feeling.

OUR APARTMENTS

APARTMENT PLANAI

planai-gross This is our new apartment with a size of 70 sqm. It consits of a light filled open plan living/kitchen/dining area with a beautiful view to the planai, sitting area with TV, a dining setting and a comfortable pullout couch which can also be used as a double bed.

The kitchen fulfills all needs and features all electric cooking, dishwasher, microwave, built in fridge/freezer, coffee machine, toaster and kettle.

There are two separate and very spacious double bedrooms. One of them features its own full ensuite and another pull out couch which can be converted to a double bed as well. The second bathroom has a walk in shower, built in storage cupboards and a heated towel rail.

In summer you are able to enjoy the beautiful view from your own private outdoor area with outdoor setting.

Wifi is free of charge and available throughout the whole apartment.

APARTMENT HOCHWURZEN

Our apartment Hochwurzen is located on the first floor of our property and provides a beautiful view to the Hochwurzen and the Dachstein Glacier.

The apartment features two separate bedrooms, both with comfortable double beds and loads of cupboard space.
The bathroom consists of a shower, built in cupboard and a heated towel rail. The toilet is separate to the bathroom.

The open plan kitchen/living/dining is located to the front of the house with beautiful views. There you will find a modern kitchen with all electric cooking, dishwasher, built in fridge/freezer, coffee machine, toaster and kettle, dining setting, TV and also a pull out couch which can be converted to a double bed.

In summer you can relax on your own balcony and take in the beautiful surrounding landscape.

Wifi is for free of charge and available throughout the whole apartment.
